Technical activities and specificities:

• Container terminal management: operation of terminals equipped with super-post-Panamax portals, mobile cranes, automated riders' carts and terminal management systems (TOS) allowing real-time flow tracking. The facilities provide up to 8 million TEUs (equivalent to 20 feet) per year on the Tangier Med complex.

• Port handling and logisticsCoordination of customs flows, management of high density storage areas, optimization of ship rotations with pre-routing solutions. Marsa Morocco integrates sustainable development principles into its operations, including reducing carbon emissions and electrifying equipment.

• Technical and administrative buildings: design of infrastructure dedicated to port operations: technical buildings for the maintenance of equipment (workshops, spare parts storage areas), administrative premises for operational management, centralized control areas, facilities for customs services and port security. Space organization is designed to separate personnel flows, light vehicles and handling equipment in accordance with international safety requirements (IHSPR).

• Standards and certifications: strict compliance with the international ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) standards for port security, ISO 9001 certification for operating quality, commitment in environmental certifications (ISO 14001) on several terminals.
