Feasibility study
Site analysis, regulatory constraints, functional brief, preliminary budget estimate.
Architectural design & technical coordination
Architectural and technical definition: site plans, sections, elevations, preliminary structural calculations. Coordination with engineering consultants. Deliverables: APS/APD file endorsed by all parties.
Permits & Administrative Authorisations
Preparation and submission of the building permit, coordination with Civil Protection, ONEE, CRI and free-zone operators. Active follow-up until all authorisations are obtained.
Tender Documents & Contractor Selection
Drafting CCTP, DPGF and execution drawings. Support during contractor consultation, bid analysis and award recommendation.
Site supervision & Handover
Weekly site visits, progress reports, snag list clearance, OPC coordination. Handover with minutes of acceptance and As-Built documentation (DOE).
