Industrial unit for electronic components

Baomac Electronic Morocco is a manufacturing unit for electronic components, a subsidiary of an international Asian group. It designs and assembles printed circuits, electronic modules and high-density maps for the automotive, industrial and consumer sectors. The Moroccan factory is specialized in the assembly of surface components (SMT) and the manufacture of complex electronic products.

Technical activities and specificities:

• High precision SMT lines: The workshop is equipped with machines for the deposit of brazing paste, automatic placement of components (pick-and-place), multi-zone refusal furnaces, automated optical control (AOI) and circuit testing (ICT).

• White roomsISO 8 zones are dedicated to the assembly of sensitive components (microprocessors, sensors), with control of particles and hygrometry.

• Traceability and qualityBatch management and complete traceability of components are ensured by barcode reading systems and an integrated database, allowing feedback and reliability analyses.
