Technical activities and specificities:

• Low pressure slide: The fusion plant is equipped with rotary furnaces and high-speed casting machines, with heat treatment (tremp, ageing) in line to optimize the mechanical properties of rims.

• 5 axis milling: Digitally controlled machining centres allow a precision finish of complex shapes, with dimensional control automated by industrial tomography.

• Surface treatmentThe rims are painted by robot in powder and varnish paint cabins, with air filtration and powder recovery systems to limit emissions.

• ICPEThe site is classified as ICPE for fusion and surface treatment areas, with dust removal and industrial water treatment devices.
